Relationships are the asset.

Working at the intersection of motorsports, business and purpose.

The Foundation

Who She Is

Loni King is the founder of Precision Performance Racing (PPR), a NASCAR driver representation and strategic partnership firm built on a simple belief:

Relationships are the asset.

Working at the intersection of motorsports, business and purpose, Loni represents drivers while building relationships between people and organizations that share common DNA.

The Approach

Her approach
starts differently.

Before asking what a company might sponsor, Loni wants to understand who they are, what they believe, what they're trying to accomplish and who they should know.

From there, she creates connections.

Those connections may begin with a conversation, an introduction, a product, an experience, a charitable mission or an afternoon at the racetrack. Some become business relationships. Some create opportunities neither side expected. And some ultimately become long-term motorsports partnerships.

That's the point.

Loni believes the strongest partnerships aren't built by matching available sponsorship inventory with marketing budgets. They're built by finding alignment between people, organizations and missions — and creating an environment where those relationships can grow.

Purpose Before
Sponsorship.

Philosophy in Practice

The Kids Are
the Mission.

That philosophy is deeply reflected in PPR's work with NASCAR driver Josh Williams.

Josh's commitment to children and families through the Josh Williams Hospital Tour demonstrates what Loni believes motorsports can become when the platform is used intentionally: something capable of creating human impact while bringing together organizations that want to be part of something meaningful.

It's also why Loni looks beyond traditional sponsorship when building the PPR ecosystem.

The Ecosystem

Collectively
Connected.

A partner may contribute capital.

Another may contribute products or expertise.

Another may open a relationship.

Another may amplify a mission.

Another may simply begin with a conversation.

Loni's job is to recognize the common DNA — and connect the people who might build something greater together.

The Belief

Impact Over
Impressions.

Visibility matters in motorsports.

Loni simply believes what happens because of that visibility matters more.

A race weekend can create access.

A driver can create attention.

An experience can start a conversation.

But relationships create opportunity.

That's why PPR measures its success by more than logos, impressions and exposure. The real question is what those moments produce: new relationships, new customers, new collaborations, new opportunities and meaningful impact.

The race is the platform.

The relationship is the product.

And for Loni, almost everything worth building starts the same way:

With a conversation.

Find the
Common DNA.

Whether you're a driver looking for the right opportunity, a brand looking for something more meaningful than sponsorship, or an organization that believes motorsports can create relationships and impact — let's start with a conversation.

We don't need to know where it leads before we start.

Conversations create connections.

Connections create opportunity.

The right connections build ecosystems.
